4.1 Deposits

• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your phfun123 account. phfun123 will not process withdrawals to third -party accounts under any circumstances.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. phfun123's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfun123 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phfun123 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phfun123's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phfun123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy of phfun123.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Inactivity on your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account, phfun123 will, subject to any applicable legal holds or investigations, return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, less any amounts owed to phfun123. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may also request the closure of your phfun123 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming operations regulated by PAGCOR, players may also seek recourse through PAGCOR's established dispute resolution mechanisms.

phfun123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, phfun123 will notify registered players via email to their registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
